Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with TIFO Cases. All of our phone cases, including personalised cases, are made-to-order. This means each item is produced specifically for you once an order has been placed. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

1. Made-to-Order & Personalised Items

  • All products sold on our website are considered custom and made-to-order, whether personalised by you (e.g., with images/text) or selected from our available designs.
     

  • As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products unless they arrive damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error.
     

  • This policy is in line with consumer law exemptions for customised and personalised goods.
     

 

2. Customer Responsibility for Personalisation

  • Customers are fully responsible for ensuring the accuracy of personalisation details, including spelling, image quality, and design choices.
     

  • We cannot offer refunds or replacements for mistakes made by the customer during the personalisation process.
     

  • By uploading or providing content, you confirm that you have the legal right to use it and that it does not infringe on third-party rights.
     

 

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@tifocases.com.
     

  • We may request photographs of the item and packaging to help us assess the issue.
     

  • If confirmed faulty or damaged, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost, or issue a refund where appropriate.
     

 

4. Order Cancellations

  • As all products are made-to-order, cancellations are only possible if requested before production begins.
     

  • Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
     

 

5. Refund Processing

  • If a refund is approved (e.g., for a faulty product), it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
     

  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
