Thank you for shopping with TIFO Cases. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle delivery of our phone cases, including personalised products.

1. Processing Times

Standard Orders: Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Personalised Orders: Because customised cases take extra care to produce, please allow up to 2–4 business days before dispatch.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

United Kingdom: Free Standard Shipping (estimated 2–5 business days after dispatch).
Europe: Standard International Shipping available at an additional cost. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days.
United States & Rest of the World: Standard International Shipping available at an additional cost. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on location.

Shipping costs for Europe, America, and other international destinations are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by their country’s postal service. These charges are not included in our product or shipping costs.

4. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for items lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at admin@tifocases.com and we will assist in tracking your order.

We cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control, such as seasonal demand (e.g., Christmas, sales periods) but we will do everything possible to assist.

Most orders include a tracking number, which will be provided in your shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
