1. Processing Times

Standard Orders: Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Personalised Orders: Because customised cases take extra care to produce, please allow up to 2–4 business days before dispatch.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

United Kingdom: Free Standard Shipping (estimated 2–5 business days after dispatch).

Europe: Standard International Shipping available at an additional cost. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days.

United States & Rest of the World: Standard International Shipping available at an additional cost. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on location.
Shipping costs for Europe, America, and other international destinations are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by their country’s postal service. These charges are not included in our product or shipping costs.
